I call it a mystery blanket because each person’s project will turn out differently. The pattern is based on YOUR gauge and yarn. With these directions, you’ll go on a journey with the Catholic Rosary which will connect your hands to the prayers along with your head and heart. My hope with this is to help you become more present and blessed (there are 2 definitions of blessed; I refer to the one which means extraordinarily happy) as you say these prayers with the addition of the knitting.
Rosary beads are usually used while saying the Rosary, but they are not necessary with this pattern. I simulate the beads of the traditional Catholic Rosary with small bobbles, and large bobbles, on a background of Shell stitches.
